46th at European Athletics Off-Road Running Championships!!
just casually pulling this off on Sunday 🤯

The up&down 13km mountain race was not a forgiving route, and against elite runners, Vaida showed up!

SARA’S PB RESULT for HACKNEY HALF!! 🫪⭐️

Still so proud of this result -

Amoungst busy roads, bottlenecks, struggling to drink out of cups, even back tracking to throw a cup in the bin.. Sara still managed to take a huge 8min chunk off her previous half time, maintains sub 5:00/km the whole way ⚡️🪽

Continuously learning, being mindful of nutrition, working on strength and stretching, this athlete is building such great habits and foundation !!

Well done Sara ❤️

Snowdonia with Coach Cana 🐐

Well done Hattie !!
7th women overall and 2nd in her age group ⚡️

Last weekend this athlete crushed the Taro 20km Skyrun in Japan.
Sky runnimg is not for the faint hearted; steep ascents and descents, resulting in climbing and sliding 😮‍💨💪🏼
We had a strategy, Hattie executed it well.

Peaks:
✅ nutrition and cooling
✅ utilised poles ( Hattie did this so well her shoulders were sore post race)
✅ was revived and had energy at the end
✅ enjoyed the event and experience

Pits:
❌ taking gels are hard while using poles
❌ legs were tired and mentally not switched on - combination of racing, travelling and the grueling nature of the course
❌ blisters

Next: enjoy some much needed mental and physical rest, then slowly get back into training rhythm

May we all channel your ability to dance along the trails, be present and push through tough moments

I have a soft spot for this particular achievement… but to explain why let’s do a quick recap of how we got here

2024:
• Rehana and I started working together in June to begin preparation for Paris marathon in August.
• Let’s just say that race didn’t go to plan, but fear not, there were many races after that.
• In November Shelly and Rehana adopted me to assist with .9.9 coaching, one of the best things I’ve agreed to ❤️
• We kept training, kept pushing and accomplished a lot.

2025:
• Unfortunately around 26th Feb Rehana got a stress fracture. Something no coach wants any athlete to experience.
• Fast forward after off-loading the bone, we could start with walk/runs on the 10th June.
• Anyone who has had an injury knows how tough it is to find that confidence and rhythm again, so we were very careful. We worked through each progression and regression where necessary.
• 19th November we did the first proper workout.. and so it began..

2026:
• The proper foundation and work started.
• Milage and mini goals were put in place - we worked on sessions and planning together, and managed to consistently hit training targets.
• And the first BIG racing goal:
!!LONDON MARATHON!!

So… that’s how we got here…
Wow! What an absolutely legendary victory lap around London to celebrate all your grit and dedication 🥰🌟
We aimed high, set a scary goal and YOU DID IT!
So so so proud!

thank you for sticking with me through your injury, for trusting me, and making me a better coach for it.

You are an inspirational athlete and coach to so many, and I know you have so much to accomplish ⚡️❤️

The fact that Robyn was training for a marathon while battling through injury, moving across the world, and starting a new job makes this feat that much more impressive!! 😮‍💨

2 weeks before race day it was very much undecided if she was going to get to the start line. We did everything we could to offload the injury while maintaining confidence in her ability.

And we did just enough, come race day: she flicked the switch, charged by the streets of London, found rhythm and she pulled off her first ever marathon 🪽🪽

Damn!! We are so proud of your effort Robyn 💅🏽💪🏼

Next? We build up slower, stronger, and find some fun events !!
