What working 3h/day for 1 week taught me:
- Busyness is a way to avoid feeling
- Boredom is actually productive
- Taking 3-hour walks is great
It’s hard for me to work less, creates almost a feeling of panic in me, but it’s actually the right move.

I also agree with what says about elimination diets. I’m personally doing mostly a carnivore/ketogenic diet. This has had a big impact on my energy levels. Apart from completely ditching grains, sugar and most dairy (I still eat butter, and hard cheese without lactose).
