The Leopards are a South African rugby union team that participates in the annual Currie Cup tournament, currently playing in the First Division. They play out of Potchefstroom at Olën Park. Potchefstroom is one of the country's best-known university towns and the Leopards have benefited from this, drawing lots of its players from the NWU Rugby Institute. The L

eopards, formerly called Western Transvaal or the Mielieboere (Corn Farmers), has always boasted big, strong and hard players. The union turned 100 years old in 2020.

The Leopards traded the rugby pitch for some serious puppy love recently with a visit to the amazing team at !

Safe to say, our hearts were completely melted. We made some incredible new furry friends, learned a lot about the amazing work they do, and tried our best not to smuggle a puppy home in our kit bags. 🤫❤️

🛡️ FULL TIME AT OLËN PARK 🛡️
It was a grueling battle last Friday in Potchefstroom as we hosted the Sanlam Boland Kavaliers. High-intensity rugby, massive hits, and a crowd that stayed loud until the final whistle—thank you to every fan who showed up to support the Leopards!

While the result wasn't what we hoped for on our home turf, we take the lessons, we find the gaps, and we get back to work. 🐾💪
