🇿🇦🏁 BRAD BINDER TO WORLD SUPERBIKE!
A new chapter begins for South Africa’s Brad Binder, with the 30-year-old confirmed to join the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team for 2027.
After six seasons in MotoGP, Binder will make the move to the FIM Superbike World Championship, becoming a BMW Motorrad Motorsport factory rider alongside Miguel Oliveira — a rider he knows extremely well from their years together in Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP.
Binder has enjoyed an impressive Grand Prix career, winning the 2016 Moto3 World Championship, before moving through Moto2 and into MotoGP, where he has claimed two victories and nine further podium finishes.
Now, the South African takes on a brand-new challenge aboard the BMW M 1000 RR. 🇿🇦🔥
His arrival also marks the end of Danilo Petrucci’s time with BMW Motorrad Motorsport’s WorldSBK project after the 2026 season, although options for continuing the collaboration in other projects are being explored.
