South African drivers were flying the flag high across Europe this weekend 🇿🇦👏

At Monza in the Italian GT Championship, David Perel claimed P3 in his class, while Andrew Rackstraw finished P4 in his class.

The Into Africa by Dragon Racing trio of Xolile Letlaka, Stuart White and Axcil Jefferies secured P5 in their class, while Marius Jackson showed impressive pace by leading his class for much of the race before an engine temperature issue brought the team's race to an early end.

Meanwhile at Spa in the British GT Championship, Jarrod Waberski celebrated a memorable maiden overall victory with Barwell Motorsport, setting the fastest lap of the race and moving to the top of the British GT3 Drivers' Championship standings🏆

Congratulations to all our South Africans representing the country on the international stage. We're proud to see the South African flag flying high and can't wait to follow the rest of the season.

This weekend, South African endurance racing will be represented on some of Europe's most iconic circuits, and we're proud to see so many familiar names flying the flag abroad (many actually race in SAES!) 🙌🏼🇿🇦

Jarrod Waberski will be taking on the challenge of Spa-Francorchamps in the British GT Championship with Barwell Motorsport, while the Italian GT Championship heads to Monza, where Marius Jackson (Attempto Racing), Xolile Letlaka, Stuart White, Axcil Jefferies (Into Africa Racing by Dragon Racing), Andrew Rackstraw and David Perel (Spirit of Racing) will all be flying the SA flag high at the “Temple of Speed” 🔥

A full weekend of racing. One unforgettable six-hour showdown…

The South African Endurance Series returns to Killarney, bringing six hours of endurance racing backed by a full program of sprint races that will keep the action going all weekend long 😌

From wheel-to-wheel sprint battles (from both cars and bikes) to the strategy, teamwork, and endurance of the 6-hour race, there's something happening all day on track 🔥

Off the circuit, you can enjoy live entertainment, the fan zone, kids' activities, food stalls, a refreshment garden, VIP experiences, and the chance to walk the grid before the main event. There really is something for everyone 😉

South Africans flying the SA flag at Le Mans 🇿🇦

Standing on the overall podium at the 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the greatest achievements in world motorsport 🙌🏻

This weekend, Sheldon van der Linde achieved exactly that, finishing an incredible 2nd overall in the world's most famous endurance race after 24 hours of relentless competition 🔥

Also representing South Africa at Le Mans this weekend were Mikaeel Pitamber and Andrew Rackstraw, who both delivered very strong performances in the Road to Le Mans event, part of the Michelin Le Mans Cup championship 🙌🏻

From Le Mans to Monza, South African endurance racing talent will be taking on some of the world's biggest stages this weekend. 🇿🇦🏁

Sheldon van der Linde will compete in the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans with BMW M Team WRT in the No. 20 BMW M Hybrid V8.

Marius Jackson will take on the Italian GT Endurance Championship at Monza with Attempto Racing in his Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO2.

Andrew Rackstraw will represent South Africa in the Michelin Le Mans Cup with High Class Racing aboard the No. 49 Ligier JS P325 Toyota.

Entries are now open for the Southern African Endurance Series Six Hours of Killarney race weekend, taking place on 31 July and 1 August 2026 🙌🏼

The event will feature a full programme of endurance and sprint racing, including Sports & GT, GT Cup, motorcycle categories, and additional support races, giving competitors plenty of valuable track time throughout the weekend.

Whether you're building experience, developing a new package, competing for championship points, or simply looking for quality seat time at one of South Africa's most iconic circuits, Killarney offers an opportunity to do exactly that 😌
