I had the privilege of working with Tristan Evelyn for just over a month in preparation for the Enhanced Games in Los Angeles on 24 May 2026.

Tristan trusted me to adjust her running mechanics and take over her strength & conditioning program.

What an incredible experience it has been working with fastest female sprinter and 2x 🇧🇧🔥

The work you’ve been putting in has been CRAZYYYY‼️‼️

To run 11.18s as a non-enhanced athlete in such a short space of time is something special.

Give us another 6–8 months… and we’re breaking the door of the 10-second mark✅🫡
