Body Flo Family Gym was founded by Gerrit Kapp a former personal trainer, in 2009 through a vision God gave him. Perhaps that’s why we’re so focused on proper health and fitness benefits at the most affordable, flexible and rewarding gym memberships around ,without compromising on quality. Bodyflo Family Gym is the only Christian gym group in South Africa. They play only upbeat Christian music as

background music. Gerrit has a long and successful history in the gym business. He opened his first health club Xtreme Phisique, in Kempton Park, in 2004
The first Bodyflo Family Gym opened in Kempton Park in 2009. It was a roaring success, and was swiftly followed by Edenvale and Birchleigh North. Within the first few years they opened 3 Gyms, they now have 4 Gyms with a highly active and always increasing members. They’re ambitious, driven and committed to their members. They’ve received flattering, but we think deserving , accolades from their peers, the press, and most importantly, their members. But they’re not complacent , they’ve got long-term plans for expansion and continued innovation to ensure that they lead the SA’s affordable gym market.
