Who's ready to take on the challenge? 💪👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Join us for a fun-filled day of teamwork, fitness, and unforgettable memories as parents and kids tackle exciting workouts together.

📅 11 July 2026, time 8am.
📍 CrossFit Kempton, Dann Rd
💰 R600 per team

👧👦 Two age divisions are available and can be selected when entering your team.

👨‍👧 ROOTS AND REPS, ENTRIES NOW OPEN

Our first ever parent-and-child fitness competition lands at CrossFit Kempton on 11 July.

Team up with your child (ages 7 to 13) and take on a series of fun, scalable challenges together.

This one isn’t about winning. It’s about showing up for your kids, setting the example, and making a memory they’ll hold onto.

No CrossFit experience needed. Every workout is doable for any level. You just need a willing teammate.

Local businesses, this one’s for you.

On 11 July we’re hosting Roots and Reps, our first ever parent-and-child fitness competition. Kids aged 7 to 13 teaming up with a parent, right here at CrossFit Kempton.

We’re opening a handful of spots for local businesses who want to be part of the day. Set up a stand, or sponsor a prize for our teams. Either way, your logo goes on every participant shirt, so your brand gets seen around Kempton Park long after the event itself.

This is our first one, so it’s a real chance to grow alongside a community that shows up for each other. We’d love to build something with the right local partners.

CrossFit Kempton is now affiliated with HYROX — which means structured race prep, official training methodology, and early ticket access to HYROX Joburg (28 November) for our members.

Classes run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Whether you’ve raced before or you’re starting from scratch, we’ll get you to that start line ready.
