We are passionate about keeping girls in school every day of the month! Please join Zoe Katakuzinos for a Youth Day Nia class on the 16th June at 9am to raise money for Made for Girls. All you need to do is come to class and dance.

In-person and on Zoom. Everybody is welcome.

It is Freedom Day on Monday 27th April and we dance to celebrate Freedom in South Africa with a South African playlist featuring Johnny Clegg and more!

Choreographed by Ann Christiansen , this body of work takes you on a journey around your space, somatically connecting you to front, side, diagonal, back, and around.

Classes at Monday 17:30, Wednesday at 8am and Saturday at 9:30.

Julia Bonadei will be taking our in-person Monday classes on the 6th and 13th of October, as well as the Wednesday classes on the 8th and 15th of October.

Julia Kerr Henkel will be teaching our Saturday classes on the 4th and 11th of October.

There will be no Zoom at this time.
