Sick of being a victim of gender based violence! Join us on August the 9th.
As you'll be training with expects on self-defense tactics that can rescue you from being a victim of women based violence.
1. We are honored to host our first event to all type of women: girls,moms,fit,unfit etc. Yet best way to test your fitness level "especially if you thinking of make a come back"
2. Aim of this event is to empowered women with self-defense tactics and most importantly keeping active whilst having fun throughout boxing.
3. Kids are welcome, as they'll be fun activities set out for them under supervision whilst adult get to train.
