Combat Fitness is an intense boxing class that utilizes the fundamentals of Muay Thai-kickboxing and simple choreography with weight training to enhance training sessions. You'll lose weight, tone your muscles and have fun while doing it. It also boosts your confidence levels, while literally getting you fighting fit. Group classes take place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 19:00 to 20:00. O
ne-on-one classes can be arranged with Kru Henry Madini - cost to be discussed with him. The Academy also trains both amateur and professional Muay Thai fighters who compete in local and international tournaments. Henry is an independent personal fitness trainer, specializing in one-on-one and group instruction of:

Henry received professional Muay Thai training qualifications while training at the WMC (World Muay Thai Council) Muay Thai training camp in Thailand in 2004. He has also obtained his Black Sash Muay Thai instructor certificate - the highest professional ranking in Muay Thai. Henry has trained comprehensively with JKD master Sifu Richard Bustillo, one of Bruce Lee's students based in California, USA. This training was established by the International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy (IMB) in the following martial arts disciplines:

Henry has obtained his "Ultimate Body Guard" certificate from the Prominent Ultimate Security Training Centre in Johannesburg. Henry has worked with actor Clint Brink and choreographed martial arts scenes on the TV show Scandal on etv in 2008, and featured as a guest actor in the same show in 2009.
