Starting the year RIGHT indeed - Let’s PEAK 2026! 🔺

With almost 140 human beings across our PEAK Community choosing to take on “MURPH” (IYKYK) on the first day of the year - we can not wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for us. 👊🏽

PS. We also got some strength building planned for tomorrow and a FUN Beach/Outdoor WOD on Saturday - join for either if you too want to make sure you kick of this year in style. 💥

Right now there’s no need to over complicate your training, and there’s no need to “chase progress” - instead just rock up to hang out with some likeminded people while getting a healthy dose of fitness in!

Pro Tip: don’t forget to grab every opportunity you can to take stock on how far you’ve come this year, chances are you’re a hell of a stronger & fitter human being if you’ve been training consistently with us in 2025. 👊🏽
