The quietest hour of the challenge. Just pure mental toughness out on the track right now.

01/11/2026

In the quiet hours of the morning, it all comes down to the tally board. Every single loop marked down, every kilometer earned in the dark.
Love seeing the friendly rivalry and support as runners check off their laps and keep each other going through the night.

31/10/2026

Just footfalls and focus.
The field is quiet, but the laps keep adding up. This is where the distance for the month really starts building.

31/10/2026

Good gear makes the long hours easy.
Fresh rubber, dialed hydration packs, and solid socks getting the job done on the track tonight.

MountCo Vert Challenge

It's our final day of the vert challenge and the battle is on! 🤠
Our Top 3 Overall positions belong to the ladies with a staggering amount of elevation gain. Cindy is our first lady to hit 60 000m of elevation but Hanlie and Charmaine are close behind.
It's been incredible to see just how tough these ladies are!

The fight is not over yet for anyone whether Top 20, Top 50 or Top 100. Assume that everyone has their extra vert through our two options of buying from MountCo and donating to the VK Backabuddy Campaign (800m extra).
Remember the challenge closes at 11pm tonight 🙌🏻

Please screenshot your total vert on Strava for the month of September. You will need to submit this to maintain your Top Spot 😃
