FISH HOEK SURF LIFESAVING CLUB - Voluntary Lifeguarding Service to Fish Hoek Beach & an amateur Life FISH HOEK SURF LIFESAVING CLUB.

The club has for over 50 years been an integral part of Fish Hoek and its surrounds. We offer a structured training programme for boys and girls from as young as 6 yrs and active competition from nipper level (9 to 14 yrs), junior level (14 to 19 yrs), senior and masters (over 30). The club provides trained lifeguards who serve on our beaches on a voluntary and professional basis. This is a group to keep all of our Fish Hoek Surf Members, whether you're a social or active member, up to date and informed of everything happening in the club throughout the season. Its going to work like a sort of newsletter...

Please take note of the important date change for the annual Fish Hoek Mile swim this year. Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the event will take place on Sunday the 13th of September at Fish Hoek Surf Lifesaving Club. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend! 🙌🏼
Check in will be at 7:15am with the first wave off at 8:30am🏊🏼‍♀️
