20 YEARS OF TRANQUILITAS! 🎉🧗

Two decades of unforgettable climbing, good people, incredible memories and a whole lot of love for this special place ❤️

We caught up with some of the people who have made Tranquilitas part of their story over the years to hear what it means to them and to share a few birthday wishes for this very special milestone.

The lights are going out again, and this year the world is ending with them. 💀

Our Halloween No Lights Climbing goes full AI Apocalypse with Black Diamond South Africa. Dress for the end of days: prep for the war of the Machines, shuffle in as a Zombie, or go full-on Mad Max.

Date: FRIDAY 30 October
Time: Sundown until 9pm

Grab a headlamp, find your best survivor look and get climbing. There'll be specials on Black Diamond headlamps in the shop and prizes for the best-dressed and best-lit climber/s.

It's also Student Day, so students get 50% off the day pass plus free gear rental.

We hope you’ve been perfecting those sending grunts… because Top Rope Toughies is HERE! 🏋️‍♀️

Round 1 kicks off at 5pm today and runs until 6pm on Sunday 11 October. Get ready to crank your way up the first 12 routes and show our setters who’s boss 🔥

⚠️ NEW RULE UPDATE: For this league, and all future roped leagues, you no longer have to climb all 12 routes in a single session. You’ve got the whole week to take on all the climbs – but remember, you only get one attempt per route!

Submit your scores for your chance to win an MMO / CityROCK Gear Shop voucher at the end of the league, with 1st place winners taking home an exclusive La Sportiva T-shirt! 🏆
