Happy Tip Tuesday! 🥳

In most of our classes, we follow a little recipe: slowly warming and preparing the body towards a peak posture. That peak might be a balance, a strength-based pose, a handstand, or something entirely different.

This week in our Beginners class, join as she helps you work towards Dancer’s Pose 💃🏽✨ And while it looks like it’s all about flexibility, one of the trickiest parts is actually the balance!

Our tip for today? Find your Drishti. 👀

A Drishti is a single, non-moving point that you fix your gaze on while you balance - anything that stays completely still.

Choose your point, keep your attention there, and notice how much steadier your balance becomes. 🧘🏽‍♀️
