Shift Netball Academy As our motto states, we shuffle to success. The more you put in the more you will get out. Different asses, catching technique and so forth.

Shift Netball Academy is an exciting extra mural activity that focuses on the holistic development of the child. Everyone from the age of 3 is welcome to enrol in this exciting extra mural. Our sessions include:

BALL SKILLS

Various skills that has an impact on the Netball court. HAND EYE COORDINATION

This is a very important aspect of Netball and from a young age it is important to develop this

skill. FOOTWORK

Shuffle, quick feet, pivot are all part of the skills that Shift
Netball enforces to develop a better player. BALANCE

Involves developing control over the body. POSITIVE SELF ESTEEM

Sportsmanship is an important part of teamwork that we strive to promote in every session. Motivating every child is what it is about. DISCIPLINE

We believe children enjoy healthy discipline through listening and cooperation. FUN

The only way to teach a love for the game is when children enjoy themselves.
