5 Tool Academy was born from a passion for baseball — a passion that began as a child and just never burned out. Not for the hype. Or the stats. Or even the heroes. But from a pure love of the game. The feel of the ball in your hand. The smell of the field. The feeling when you hit the ball in the sweet spot of the bat. The strategy of the game.

5 Tool Academy exists to see the same passion and s

kills passed onto the next generation. We offer indoor, climate-controlled batting cages, pitching tunnel and a fielding area so athletes can work on their game year round. We offer expert instruction in softball and baseball as well as athletic performance training for athletes of all sports. Our instructors bring decades of experience and a proven track record in developing young athletes. Our goal is to develop every player into a 5 tool player — a player who excels at hitting for average, hitting for power, base running and speed, throwing as well as fielding. Beyond athletics, 5 Tool strives instill to important life lessons that can be learned from the game. Lessons like teamwork, work ethic, perseverance and the ability to bounce back from failure to continue to deliver your best. We hope you will join us. To grow. To develop your game. 🏆 REGIONAL GAMEDAY IS SET! 🏆

The Yorktown Tigers Softball team takes the field Tuesday, June 2, at 6:00 p.m. at Yorktown Sports Park for a Regional matchup against #2 Logansport. This will be an exciting match up and the team is requesting the community attend wearing green and white!

A little extra love from all of us at 5 Tool Academy to the many Tigers who have trained with us over the years. Our instructors have loved playing a small part in your development over the past decade, and watching this incredible season unfold has been something truly special.
