Join us for a special morning of connection, movement, and fun at our Worcester studio! Grab your little camper and head out on a yoga adventure designed just for moms (or caregivers) and their minis.

Together, you’ll explore playful camping-themed yoga poses, practice easy partner poses, enjoy interactive games, and create a special take-home craft to remember your adventure. This class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect, laugh, and make lasting memories together.

Inside Out Yoga and Art Camp! ✨

We had a blast with these yogis discovering the world of Inside Out! ♥️

Some “core memories” included
✅ Mindful Breathing including breath of joy!
✅ Learning poses to help us with each emotion!
✅ Making a core memory frame
✅ Decorating emotion stress balls
✅ Creating a journal with prompts, poses, and breaths for each core emotion
✅ Yogi 4 corners!
Anddd of course… snack! 🤣

These camps are amazing for kids because they learn valuable tools all while having fun! Catch the next one in JULY - Toy Story themed!

We are kicking off the celebrations for the new movie with a July yoga and art camp at our WORCESTER LOCATION

Toy Story Yoga and Art Camp
- July 17, 6-8:30 ages 5-12
