✨Embodied Boundaries 🧘🏼‍♀️
Many women want to get better at setting boundaries but struggle knowing how to or feel afraid giving voice to them. In this workshop, we will explore how boundary setting starts in the body. With body awareness, boundaries can come with more ease and less fear. Participants will explore boundaries and personal limits through movement, breath, voice, and supported partner exercises, and will learn to express their NOs (and YES’s!) with confidence and clarity.

YogArte: The intersection of art and movement
This explorative and process focused workshop consists of an opening meditation, and then some work with movement or mark making. The majority of the time will be spent moving from asana to painting; watercolor supplies provided.

We complete the practice with Shavasana and a moment to reflect on the practice~ connecting the image created to the practice through written word, a sentence or whatever the student requires. Assistance is not required, all levels welcome.

Through crystal bowl vibrations, Reiki-infused sound, and intuitive vocal tones layered with light codes, this experience supports both stability and growth. We begin by settling into the roots—calming the nervous system, softening the body, and creating a sense of safety within.
