Meet Master Drummer Alfredo ( Alfredo Villela )🪘
If you’ve been to one of our ceremonies at Swan’s Nest, you may already know Alfredo and have experienced the beautiful energy he brings through music, ritual and sacred sound.
Alfredo has spent many years performing and participating in musical events, cultural gatherings, and sacred ceremonies throughout the United States, Mexico, and Belize. He has shared the space with leading musicians in these traditions and collaborated with respected teachers and leaders in yoga and wellness.
For over a decade, he also refined his ritual practice at the Welles Center Starseed in Montclair, New Jersey, alongside Jyoth Ma and her team.
We’re excited to continue creating space for Alfredo at Swan’s Nest and we’re now exploring the possibility of bringing Kirtan sessions to the Nest as well. ✨
Kirtan is a beautiful practice of devotional singing, mantra, music, and community connection. Whether you’ve experienced it before or it would be completely new to you, we want to know:
