Get to know your instructor, Kelley. 🤍

Kelley has been teaching Pilates since the early 2000s, and what made her fall in love with it were the principles behind every movement: control, breathwork, and precision.

When she first started practicing Pilates, she quickly realized she had never experienced that level of core strength with any other form of exercise. Over time, that strength carried into her entire body.

Now, she loves helping others discover what Pilates can do for them.
