I’m a mom, a wife, a volunteer, a coach, a manager. It’s a lot of responsibilities. And with doing so many things i love, I put my training on the back burner.
But in order to achieve my goals, I know I need to kick it back into overdrive again.
So this is my self- motivational post. I know I have it in me. I know I have the ability to do all the things without overdoing it.
My goal is to post more workouts to share, start doing some fitness instruction and teaching classes, and to continue to just soak up all the knowledge and skills I can.
So stay tuned. A lot more is coming and I hope you’ll stick around with me. I’m here to continue to work hard on myself and to help others with their goals too. I’m putting in the work. Thanks for supporting me. Even a little like on my posts means a lot.
