Two 82yr old clients this morning. One weekly w their strength training/mobility work, another biweekly w massage therapy.

Both making their health a priority, both in very different ways.

Age is just a number, but it does come w changes, ailments, complaints & frustrations. However, it doesn't have to stop you from adding quality to your life.

Every day you have an opportunity to take care of you. And if you need help, we are here to help.

Movement w Mary--->
Mary has been a client of mine for quite a few yrs now. She has health goals of just being as strong and healthy as she can be.
Our limits are few cuz we can modify anything.

She wanted to be better at deadliest. Ok.
#135 for reps...pfffft.
#155 for reps....😲 ok. I see you. 👀

Core work, mobility work--she's for it.
And brings it to her students in her 55yr+ classes.

Your limit is ur mindset.
We modify anything.
And it starts w we us. We practice what we preach.

When my clients tell their blue collar husbands...
