Restorative is back!!!
This is for anyone & everyone!! (Including if u have new bionic hips!!😁).

Sunday pop up class too!!!

And I've been asked about classes, have no fear, there are some absolutely amazing classes for anyone!! Just teach out to the instructor who's class you'd like to join and sign up!!!

When you walk into the gym, you'll see a new toy!! I'm not letting out in the cold: pics how to use & adjusts.
What a New Hyper works:

Primary Muscles:
Erector Spinae: The long muscles running along your spine that straighten your back.
Gluteus Maximus: The large muscle of the buttocks, engaged heavily when you lift and lock out your hips.
Secondary Muscles:
Hamstrings: Assist with hip extension as you pull your torso back up.
Core / Abdominals: Stabilize your spine and torso throughout the full movement.

The Studio's 2026 3rd Annual Wellness Retreat just as beautiful and self reflecting as ever. We look forward at looking into 2027!

I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend, took what you needed, left what you didn't, and hold onto what sets your soul on fire.

I want to thank Kaicey Marie from Smart Care in Dixfield on her lecture on pelvic floor health. You are a wealth of knowledge.

YogOdyssey meeting up with you was lovely!! We were soo very lucky to enjoy the weekend with another cohort and enjoy s'mores,yoga & laughter.

Thank you to Marmee Dearest Espresso coffee shop, they always have something fun to try.

We loved the trip to Carrabassett Coffee Company coffee. We may have left with armfulls of bags of beans ☕️

Just a quick thank you!!

This summer special was to try out some new things, and it was a success as always. Man, do you love a little R&R!!
