It’s back to school time- and back to routines. If you’d like to make yoga part of your routine, check out our new student two week special. Year round, 35.00 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes to see what fits your needs/schedule.
To sign up for this go to our website and click on online store/ dropdown to click yoga classes and then hit new student special 14 day pass. You will need a mind body account to do this.

Once signed up, go ahead and book your classes from your mind body app!

Back to school begins! Our 200 hour YTT will begin next month! We are getting very excited for this. For more info please send us a message!

We will be closed on 9/6 and 9/7 for Labor Day.

Well this is amazing!! We have the best community here at the Yoga Loft. People stepped on to their mat that had never taken a yoga class in their lives. They were being brave. Just like the kids and families are, who go through cancer treatments. They are brave. And we wanted to give back in any way we could to the Jimmy Fund -that does SO much to support these kids and their families. Know that all of your support- it is going to them.

SEVA- selfless service.
Service of others without expecting anything in return.

5.00 per chance - when using Venmo type your name-phone and how many tries in the subject - if you bring cash, there will be a donation box and notebook for you to write name- phone and how many tries.
