The open house this weekend was incredible! You all really showed up for the launch of Northbound Physical Therapy! 🫶🏼🥲 Grateful for future ahead. So excited to expand on all the offerings within Northbound Fitness! 🧘🏼♀️👩🏼⚕️
☀️ Yesterday’s Open House was everything we hoped it would be and more, and it’s all because of YOU. 🤗
To everyone who stopped by, said hello, toured the new clinic, cheered on our performers, entered the raffles, and devoured Madeline Gocke’s legendary treats… THANK YOU. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up for all of Northbound. 🙌🏼
Some highlights we’re still smiling about:
🥋 Shoutout to the Lim Kenpo Alaska students who absolutely BROUGHT IT with their martial arts demo including some seriously impressive board breaking. You all were amazing! Thanks Coree McCabe.
🩰 And our little ballerinas melted every heart in the room with their demo. So much grace, so much joy. We are so proud of these little dancers courtesy Northbound Dance Company and Rissa Gonzales!
✨ Downstairs, Northbound Physical Therapy officially opened its doors to the community and Chanel Ebert was there to welcome everyone into her beautiful new clinic space. If you didn’t get a chance to see it you need to come check it out! She will of course still be upstairs guiding her amazing yoga classes too!
💗 Tammy Spain Barber, the heart and soul behind everything you see here. This place exists because of her vision, her grit, and her love for this community. And this summer she’s bringing something brand new: MetCon: a high-energy blend of bounce + shred that is going to be SO fun.
🧘🏼♀️ June Ruda is joining the lineup and bringing Pilates to the studio this summer and we cannot wait!
This community is exactly why we do what we do. We built this place for YOU… to move, heal, get strong, and truly thrive. Days like yesterday remind us just how special Willow is. ❤️ Special shoutout to Shane for manning the BBQ. 🌭 And of course our friends at Mountain Peak Events for keeping the kids entertained in the bounce house.
Big things are coming to Northbound Fitness and we are just getting started. 🎉
