Today, 3 of our athletes traveled to Kansas City to compete at a great amateur boxing show hosted by Turner Boxing Academy. 🥊🔥

We are excited to announce that our team went 2-1 against some very tough competition. We are proud of Alvin Torres and Arayiah Cassidy for earning impressive victories and representing our academy with heart, discipline, and determination.

We also want to recognize our little warrior Abdel Vargas. We can’t win them all, but every experience is an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger. We are proud of his effort and courage stepping into the ring.

Big shout out to Coaches Sandy Torres and Alvin Torres for their guidance, dedication, and continued support of our athletes. The time and energy our coaches pour into these young athletes does not go unnoticed.

As always, we want to thank all the officials, doctors, volunteers, and everyone who steps up to make amateur boxing shows possible. Without your dedication and volunteer time, this sport would not continue to grow.

Special thank you to John Brown and Turner Boxing Academy for allowing us to be part of a great event. We appreciate the hospitality and opportunity for our athletes to compete.

Today our team traveled to Saint Louis, Missouri and came home with two impressive stoppage victories.

Nikolas Rodriguez has been working extremely hard over the last year, not only on his boxing skills, but also on overcoming personal battles outside the ring. We are incredibly proud of him and everything he has accomplished. Today he finally got the opportunity to do what he has been training and preparing for: make his debut. He left it all in the ring and earned a 3rd round stoppage victory!

We also had Luciano Rodriguez step into the ring and put on a strong performance, coming away with a 2nd round stoppage victory.

We are proud of our athletes, but we also want to recognize the hard work, sacrifice, and dedication our coaches continue to donate to help guide our youth, not only into becoming better athletes, but better young men in our communities.

Big shout out to Coach Victor and the Rodriguez family for representing Torres Boxing Academy ICT Inc with pride.

As always, we want to thank all the officials, doctors, coaches, and everyone involved in putting these shows together. Amateur boxing would not exist without the dedication, volunteer time, and passion these individuals continue to give to the sport.

With that being said, we still have work to do and areas to improve on. Back to the lab—we’re excited and preparing for next weekend in Kansas City. 💪🥊

Today, Torres Boxing Academy will be closed as we celebrate a very special accomplishment.

One of our own has officially graduated high school Alvin Torres with Honors, and we could not be more proud. Your hard work, discipline, and dedication inside and outside the ring truly represent what our gym stands for.

Congratulations on this major achievement — this is only the beginning of great things ahead.

We traveled to Junction City and are grateful to share that our boxer came away with another win. 🏆

Today, Torres Boxing Academy showed exactly what we’re made of. 💪🥊
We split our team in two directions — with fighters competing in Kansas City and Oklahoma — and they showed up and delivered in a big way.

Final result: 3-0 🏆

Shoutout to Ej, one of our fighters in Kansas City, who stopped his opponent — a dominant performance in the ring.
And respect to our Kansas City female boxer Lily who showed true grit in the ring, fighting with heart and determination every second.

Introducing our 2026 Golden Gloves Regional Champion 🥇 Alvin Torres — an incredible accomplishment that reflects the dedication, sacrifice, and heart behind the scenes.
We’re proud of every fighter who stepped into the ring and represented our gym with discipline and determination.

And a huge congratulations to our coaches — your hard work, commitment to the sport, and dedication to these kids and this gym do not go unnoticed. This success is built on your leadership every single day.

Today we traveled to Manhattan, KS to compete at a great show hosted by K.O. Boxing MHK — K.O In The Little Apple and what a day it was for our team.

Both of our boxers stepped into the ring for their debut bouts and came out with impressive victories. Their hard work, discipline, and dedication truly showed, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way they performed.

This marks another successful weekend for our gym as we come out 2-0. 💪🥊

We want to give a huge thank you to all the officials for their time and dedication. These events are only possible because of your volunteer work, and we truly appreciate everything you do for the sport.

Also, a big thank you to Coach Pedro and K.O. Boxing for putting together a great event and allowing us to be a part of it. We’re grateful for the opportunity.

Back to work—this is just the beginning.
