🎉500 classes for Coach Kellie!🎉
Kellie has been a consistent face in the mornings even before she started coaching! She shared with is some very wise words on how to stay consistent in the gym:
“Discipline is what gets me there, even when I don’t feel motivated. Over the years, I’ve learned that consistently showing up has done more than improve my fitness—it has set the tone for my day and positively impacted other areas of my life. It is a daily reminder that I’m capable of doing hard things and honoring commitments I make.
I remember wanting to learn the bar muscle-up and allll my failed attempts. I kept showing up, kept practicing, and one day it finally clicked. I was so stoked!! It helps remind me that growth comes through consistently showing up, not instantaneously. The Lord can do a lot through simple, consistent obedience.
Community also keeps me coming back. Surrounding yourself with people who encourage you, challenge you, have fun with you, and push you outside your comfort zone makes a huge difference.
All in all, do hard things because growth is dope!”
