Not measured in months.

Hundreds of small wins.

That’s what we’re celebrating.

💪 Humbling… until it wasn’t 😅

Jumped on the torque machine yesterday and thought,
“Wow… I should really be stronger than this.”

Turns out…
👉 Each plate is 15 lbs, not 10lbs like our other machines. The numbers are misleading.

So what felt like a step backward was actually a quiet PR.

Moral of the story:
Don’t let numbers mess with your mindset.
You might be stronger than you’re giving yourself credit for. 🙃

Also, shoutout to my husband for bringing me to this realization.

Foundations of Fitness – Tuesday at 5:30 PM

We’ve got a few spots open in our Tuesday night class & would love to have you join us!

Participants move through several customized stations based on the goals they share with us. It’s a great way to build strength, improve fitness, & get comfortable in the gym. All ages & skill levels welcome!

Bring a partner if you'd like, but not required!

Member Perk:
Members who bring a non-member friend participate FREE.

• $10 for non-members
• $10 for members who come solo

It weighs in at roughly 30 lbs and is perfect for carries, squats, presses, and some fun functional work. If you haven’t tried it yet, grab it during your next workout and give it a go!
