Classes Will be Held in the Downtown Whitewood Studio

Classes Available are:

Tiny Tippy Toes - Ages 2-4
Beginning Ballet and Tap

This class will teach ballet and tap basics as well as proper class behavior. Class is One Hour with a 15 min snack and bathroom break between Tap and Ballet
This Class is Divided into two Options

:

Tiny Tippy Toes Class A Tuesdays 3:30-4:30pm


Tippy Toes - Ages 5-7
Basic Ballet and Tap

This Class will expand on the teaching of Begging Ballet and Tap and introduce more basics. Class is One hour with a 10 min break between Tap and Ballet. Tippy Toes Thursday 4:30-5:30

Tipp Toes – Ages 7-10
Ballet and Tap

This class will focus on classical Ballet and Barre work as well as introduce some Irish step dancing. Class is One hour with a 5 min break between Tap and Ballet. Tipp Toes Tuesday 5:30-6:30



Other Classes Available upon popular Demand
Including Adult Beginner Classes and Parent/Child Classes

Hello Everyone! I hope this Email finds you all well and enjoying the summer!

I have done a lot thinking about this next year and have decided that Tippy Toes is taking one year off for some restructuring. As I told you I really want a studio in Sturgis as well as the Whitewood studio and in order for me to get this accomplished I am going to need a little time. I am also feeling this pregnancy very much already and have previously been in a bed rest situations with pregnancy when things got a little too much for me, since I am due in November I just don't want to risk anything. The Studio is not closing but just taking this next year off. Jordyn has been in dance for three years so I am using this time for her to get used to kindergarten and also try another sport for the season that other wise we would not try to cram in our schedule. If you want to keep them in dance there are good studios around, also gymnastics is a good option. I will miss all the girls! And I hope to see you all in a little over a year! And if you have any questions let me know. I will keep checking the page and keep updates there too! Thank you all for everything.

The Recital Pictures are in!! They are sooooooo good! The video will be done next week so for those of you who got both I will drop them all off at once and if we still need to do any payments I can do that then. Anyone else who just got pictures I can drop them off this week if you want to make palns with me! Also it's not too late to order pics or if you get your pics and want to order more I can give you info on how to do that!

Alright here is the invite for the recital! It is at 6:30 this Friday at Halle Hall in Sturgis! There is no door fee although any donations are welcome and go to our scholarship program that allows students who can not afford the program to be a part of dance. I hope you all can make it, it is also a good time to see if you are interested in next year!

Thank you all for your support and for a very enjoyable first year!
There will be a few changes next year; we are possibly adding a studio in Sturgis two nights a week and Whitewood will be once a week. Also we will be adding a few more teachers (if you have anyone you know of that would be interested in teaching feel free to give them my info.) Also remember that we do have a referral program (where you can earn free months of tuition by referring a friend. AS well as a scholarship program. Most information concerning next year will be updated and placed on the page or the web page -

A Little Info for the upcoming Spring Recital

Our recital theme is “Beautiful Ballerina Bugs.” Costumes are in! The $30 costume fee is due in March. I will have a makeup class for The Thursday class that got cancelled due to weather on Tuesday April 3rd at 4:30-5:30, this class is not mandatory but It would be good for my older two classes to work on the recital pieces together so if Thursday girls can make it, that would be great. The month of March is a normal dance schedule but in April we will have more practices the week before the recital as well as the dress rehearsal. Please try to make all the classes but it is understandable if you are unable to make some of them.
Here are the changes/Additions:

April 3rd 3:45 (Normal Class)
April 3rd 4:30 (Thursday class joins Tuesday class for practice, Thurs. Makeup)
April 5th 4:30 (Normal thursday plus possible makeup class for Tuesday students)
April 10th 4:00-6:00 (All Tuesday Students)
April 11th 4:00-6:00 (All Students)
April 12th 4:00-6:00 (All Students Dress Rehearsal)
APRIL 13TH RECITAL FRIDAY NIGHT 6:30!!!
