Education:
Real Estate Education: I was licensed by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Board in 2005; in the subsequent 19 years, I have completed the mandatory continuing education courses that Real Estate agents must complete every two years to maintain their licensure. In addition to the Real Estate license, many other agents and I choose to further to educate ourselves about the ethics of our profession. It is a costly designation, but it keeps my clients and myself in the know and on top of the letter of the law, and it holds us to a very high standard of ethics. Realtor®: My designation as a Realtor distinguishes me and all Realtors as highly trained in the ethics of Real Estate, per The National Association of Realtors or NAR: The term REALTOR® is a trademark identifying the Agent as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and who subscribes to its Code of Ethics.
