Recipe of the Week: Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
¼ cup natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup carrots shredded
romaine lettuce leaves to serve

Proper hydration is important for muscle growth, recovery, and preventing cramps and fatigue during workouts. Aim for around half your body weight in ounces of water each day, especially during summertime. And unless you’re performing in high-intensity activity like marathons, you don’t need to drink sports drinks during your workouts. Just simple water before, during, and after exercise is all you need to stay hydrated.
