In the last week, since Blandine L’Hirondel ran the fastest women’s time ever at UTMB in Kiprun, we’ve had a lot of buzz around the brand.

We were proud to be the first store in the USA to carry Kiprun, and from the road to the trail to the track, Kiprun is having a moment. We’re pretty happy to be here for it.

This morning we welcomed a running class from McDaniel College to the shop. We took a group run through town, talked shoes with our friends from Mizuno Running USA, and discussed the importance of proper footwear.

I love talking about running, shoes, and building a lasting relationship with the sport. Thanks to Lisa Lebo for bringing her students in, and to Zach for assisting me with the talk!

September is looking pretty full around here - which is a good problem to have.

We’ve got local races, trail miles, a Pub Run, cross country, kids getting into the sport, and plenty of ways to just show up and be part of the running community.

Happy Sunday! For some of you…it’s the last day before school starts.

If you’re in need of back to school shoes, we’re open from 10 to 3 today. Stop on by and start the school year off with the freshest of kicks.

Speaking of fresh kicks, today I took the new On Cloudrunner Max 3 out for the first time. Big fan. Sort of a weird word to describe a pair of shoes, but they were so cozy. The cushion, the way they hugged my arch. It just felt cozy. A really nice Sunday morning shoe. Not to mention, they’re stunning.
