Ever feel a sharp pinching sensation right in the front of your shoulder? 😬 You aren't alone—that’s often your biceps tendon screaming for some breathing room!

When the front of the shoulder gets tight, it pulls everything forward. To fix it, we have to look at the whole picture. In this video, we walked through a targeted mobility sequence to open things up:

🚪 Doorway Pec Stretch (to open the chest)
🪟 Pec Minor Release (to pull the shoulders back and down)
🪵 Lat Stretch (to relieve overhead tension)
💪 Standing Rear Delt Stretch (to create space in the back of the joint)

The result? Less pinching, better alignment, and immediate relief. 🙌
