Centered Fitness I help people create healthy habits for a healthy lifestyle via personal training, online fitness challenges and sharing healthy recipes.

My name is Aubree and I have been training since 2011. I have an enormous passion for helping people reach fitness and health goals and developing habits of a healthy lifestyle. I want to push you and motivate you to stay healthy and feel great about yourself! I use a combination of calisthenics, strength training and cardiovascular training as well as functional exercises to help your body move i

n the way it is supposed to and to reach it's potential. I teach private sessions, small group sessions and large groups at times. I also run online challenges that allow you to workout at home for an just 30 minutes a day! Please contact me if you are ready to create a change in your life!
