Riverside Summer League Week #7. Tonight will be 2 Disc night. You will only be able to use two disc for the round. We will be playing from the short teepads.

Rules are for.......everyone.

Just wanted to freshen up everyones memory of stance and run up throws. Your foot needs to be behind your disc and within basically a sheet of paper behind it.

Why does it matter?
Stepping outside of this can be an advantage for a better throwing lane or position.

I thought this was a casual league for any skill type?
Yes it is, and we play for cash so make sure you are in the know or ask if your not sure of any rules.
