Halloween weekend at the Chair 5 Pub:

Friday, Oct. 30 | Dinner 4–9pm
Saturday, Oct. 31 | Lunch 11am–4pm
Sunday, Nov. 1 | Closed

We’re closed for dinner on Halloween so our team can get out and celebrate with their families and friends. Stop in for lunch before the costumes go on. Rey’s juicy & delicious Santa Fe Bison Burger, pictured here, is ideal fuel for a night of trick-or-treating.

Starting in November, we’ll move to our pre-season hours at the Pub. This means we’ll be closed on Sunday, November 1st. In November, we’ll move to a dinner-only schedule on Fridays and Saturdays, with a few special events like a Prime Rib Dinner and the volunteer patrol’s Warren Miller Movie. Once we open for skiing and riding, restaurant operations will also transition to their winter schedule.

Thanks to everyone who came out to Pray for Snow this weekend … I think it worked! Last night and this morning brought our latest fresh coat to the upper mountain, with 2 or 3 inches falling at the summit. Around 2 inches were reported at the top of Chair 4 and just a faint dusting reached Midway.

Lift maintenance and snowmaking crews were both at work on the slopes today, and they were treated to a scenic show as the clouds briefly opened up in the afternoon to reveal a sweeping display of white, gold, and a hint of blue sky.

Bombers is where kids build real skills on snow and have fun while doing it.

Over six weeks, skiers and riders ages 6–12 stick with the same instructor and group of friends, practice technique fundamentals through games, drills, and plenty of laps, and get to know more of the mountain together as the winter goes on. Any ability level is welcome.

Happy Monday! We don't blame you if the only thing that gets you through another work week is daydreaming about the impending winter season.

Yesterday marked 9 days to the start of snowmaking, and with the guns in place on the mountain, the MRSM team turned to testing the water and pressure systems on a beautiful fall day.

This is a short calibration and test of each gun to make sure systems are ready to go; no snow will be made until Nov 1.

This weekend is ushering in a period of colder temps with snow showers possible Sunday evening. Pray for Snow!

The DEVO philosophy is that doing is the best way of learning.

Our DEVO coaches teach on the move, lap after lap, focusing on the advanced and off-piste terrain the mountain has to offer. We’re celebrating 60 years this season, so this year’s Pray for Snow poster takes a trip back in time. Here’s the image that inspired Lars Ringsrud’s retro design. On Saturday night, we’re throwing it back and throwing it down with Band of Eden and All Panic No Disco in downtown Wenatchee.

All Panic No Disco opens the night with rock covers, with a soft spot for the ’90s and 2000s alt-rock and pop-punk hits you probably still know every word to. Consider their set your warm-up for a night of snow dancing before Band of Eden takes the stage.

Get your tickets online by Friday to save $10. Timberline Brewing is hosting in their parking lot at 1 Orondo Ave, and b**r garden proceeds benefit the Leavenworth Winter Sports Club. This event is 21+.
