Best way to start the weekend! Kettlebells + sunshine + river views = the perfect Saturday morning. ☀️💪🌊

We traded four walls for fresh air and took our workout down to the Entiat Sandbar today. There’s something special about moving your body outside, feeling strong, and sharing it with an incredible community.

Thank you to everyone who came out, worked hard, laughed a little, and started the weekend with us. You all crushed it! 🔥

We got to hang out with the awesome kiddos of Pinnacle Prep today! Movement should be empowering, inclusive, and joyful—and seeing so many smiles soaring through the air reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

New program starts next Monday, 5:30pm🙌🏼

Build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and move with confidence in our 4-day progressive Strength + Sculpt program. This class combines intentional weight training with functional movement to help you feel strong, capable, and empowered.

Each day follows a focused upper/lower body training split targeting specific muscle groups while improving overall strength, endurance, and tone. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels with modifications and progressions offered throughout.

Expect strength-building circuits, controlled tempo work, functional exercises, and conditioning in a supportive, motivating community atmosphere.

Come ready to lift, sweat, and build strength inside and out.
