We are a collection of runners, cyclists, triathletes, hikers, climbers, paddlers, skiiers, hockey players, football players, firemen, policemen, and fitness enthusiasts, and more, who are looking for more from their training regimen. Our facility looks and feels like an adult playground featuring daily circuits which combine elements of running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, dragging, lifting, and carrying stuff, all with the purpose of improving ourselves for our chosen activities.

Meet Miquel! 💪

Fitness has been a big part of my life for years, with a particular passion for endurance, running, strength training, and HYROX. I’ve competed in multiple HYROX events across several formats, including Open, Pro, Relay, and Mixed Doubles.

Through my own training and competition experience, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for what consistent, purposeful training can do — not only for performance, but also for overall fitness and confidence. I enjoy helping others challenge themselves, build endurance, get stronger, and work toward goals they may not have thought were possible.

My training interests include endurance development, running, HYROX preparation, strength and functional conditioning, and improving overall fitness and body composition. I believe endurance is something that can be built at any fitness level, and I enjoy meeting people where they are while challenging them to keep progressing.

When I’m not working or training, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

I’m excited to help you get stronger, move better, build your endurance, and see what you’re capable of!
