Happy Birthday to the Weight Loss Master himself, Scott Ghene!

Scott is ATR Fitness’ longest-tenured personal trainer and has helped countless people completely transform their lives through fitness, weight loss, and healthier habits. His knowledge, dedication, and ability to keep clients accountable have made him one of the most respected trainers in our facility.

If you’ve ever worked with Scott, you know he genuinely cares about every client who walks through our doors. He doesn’t just help people lose weight—he helps them build confidence, improve their health, and create lasting lifestyle changes.

From all of us at ATR Fitness, we want to wish Scott a very Happy Birthday and thank him for everything he does for our clients and our team.

Huge shoutout to our client on an incredible accomplishment 👏

Lilly recently completed the Lilac Run and beat her previous race time by 10 minutes while also losing 10 lbs in just 7 weeks.

This is what consistency, hard work, and dedication look like. She continues to push herself, set new goals, and improve every single week. We are extremely proud of everything she has accomplished so far, and we know this is only the beginning.

Huge congratulations to and her trainer on an incredible showing at the OCB Conquer Show in Baltimore this weekend!

Alexis brought an amazing package to the stage and earned 1st place in her class along with 3rd overall against some very tough competition. Results like this are built through months of discipline, consistency, sacrifice, and hard work behind the scenes.

We are extremely proud of everything you both put into this prep. The early mornings, strict routine, training sessions, and dedication all paid off. This is a huge accomplishment and just the beginning.
