4 years of Legends.
Today officially marks 4 years since we first opened our doors at 2175 Empire Blvd in Webster. We had 3.5 weeks after World Gym Webster decided to close, to open a gym… what sounds like an impossible task, we got done with many thanks to our OG members.
What started as a small, tight knit powerlifting gym quickly became something much bigger. Less than a year in, we outgrew the space, knocked down a wall, and added another 500 square feet. It didn’t take long before we outgrew that too, leading us to where we are today at 659 Ridge Road.
Through every phase, one thing has stayed the same… the community has always been at the forefront of our success. We’re still tied to our roots as the strongest gym in the 585, and truthfully, we’ve been that since day one. Powerlifting will always be part of who we are, but Legends has grown into a gym for serious lifters of all kinds, with a wide variety of machines, a posing room, top tier cardio, and a community that has a real voice in the direction we continue to grow.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of Legends over the last 4 years. Here’s to more growth, more gains, and many more years.
