We were one of the businesses here in Webster that lost power due to all those intense storms Wednesday night 🪫

We had no power all day Thursday so we took our late morning and evening sessions to our outdoor training space for a parking lot party!

As long as we had sunlight, we kept our 35 and over members moving!

It was a fun change of scenery to do some outdoor workouts and the vibes were high all afternoon! 😎

⭐️“I joined ROC Strong Club 6 months ago right after I turned 58. I met Mike at a different gym 8 years ago and realized that as I’ve aged my body needs a consistent and safe way to increase my strength and conditioning. Mike ensures every move I make is safe and uses what I call his motivational kindness to push me to keep doing more. In 6 months I already notice a difference and appreciate him so much!” ⭐️
