We celebrated our seniors last night! Three girls that have been together since the start and to say I am so proud and grateful of these 3. I have seen them grow so much on and off the field. From changing positions year after year, injuries, their own personal battles, excelling in the classroom, stepping out of their comfort zone, letting me push them hard and accepting it with grace. To their parents, thank you for supporting your daughters and raising them up right! No amount of softball wins compare to that because that is the true success! I am so glad I was allowed to be only a small part of their journey.

They know each other, they play with and against each other but not today! The Washington Panthers softball team showed true sportsmanship and wanted to let one of our players know they were thinking of her and praying for her. It’s a game they love to play but it’s so much more than that!

Thank you so much for your support of our bake sale. Our game got canceled but the LCHS teachers and students stepped up! We raised $575 for Coach Roemer just from the bake sale. A t-shirt fundraiser made $290.
