Coach Randal reminds us that progress doesn't happen all at once—it’s built one small action at a time. Your “one thing” might change from day to day, like:

✅ A healthy meal
✅ A walk by the harbor
✅ Taking your vitamins
✅ A bike ride
✅ Skipping dessert
✅ Bodyweight exercises
✅ Rowing a kayak
✅ Intermittent fasting
✅ Even signing up for a gym membership

Little by little, these “one things” add up to big habits and lifelong wellness.
