(No classes March 30–April 5 for Spring Break)

👶 Parent & Me (18 months–2 years)
Interactive fun with your little one! Build early motor skills, coordination, and confidence through guided play.

🐞 Baby Bugs (Ages 3–4)
An intro to gymnastics that builds listening skills, balance, coordination, and basic movements in a supportive setting.

🔥 Fireflies (Ages 5–6)
Learn foundational skills on bars, beam, floor & vault while improving strength and flexibility.

🤸 Rec Level 0–2 (Ages 7–17)
Beginner gymnastics focused on strong fundamentals, proper technique, and confidence on all events.

💪 Rec Level 3–5 (Ages 7–17)
Advance skills, improve consistency, and build strength across all events.

🥷 Ninja KIDZ (Boys 4–6)
High-energy obstacle courses, agility training, strength, and ninja-style skills!

⚡ Ninja Pro (Coed 7–12)
Advanced ninja training focused on strength, speed, and challenging obstacles.

🏋️ Adult Gymnastics (18+)
Build strength, flexibility, and skills in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

WHAT A WEEKEND!! 💚🤸🏼‍♀️

Our USAG X-Cel Bronze and Silver teams traveled down to Franklin, IN on Sunday and absolutely KILLED it!

For our X-Cel Bronze girls, they finished in 2nd place - barely missing 1st by .100 of a point - as they posted their best team score of the season!

Our X-Cel Silvers finished in 3rd place, and, also, got their highest team score of the season, improving it by nearly two entire points!

Individually, we had A TON of season personal records! Also, ALL 10 of our girls got a 9.200 or higher on beam!!

Also, a big congratulations to Joey Fruitt who got first place All-Around in her age-group! 🥇

Hello Fireflies Families!

All gymnastics classes are canceled for this evening due to the unbelievably cold wind-chill and temperatures (not to mention the blowing and drifting roads).

We will reschedule these classes to Monday, March 9th, the week before our Spring Session, to ensure that you get 9 weeks in.

If there, by chance, is another cancelation during this session, we would not be able to make it up.
