Join us this Saturday, September 5th, for our donation-based yoga class at the Smartmouth Pilot House in VB✨

Class will be led by Brynn Elizabeth from 11am–12pm. Classes are for all yogis from beginners to more experienced practitioners. Each class will include grounding practice, a dynamic flow, and breath-work.

Donations are welcome via cash or Venmo, with 25% of proceeds benefiting ForKids.

Bring a mat and any props or supports that help make your practice more comfortable, and get ready to move!

We’re back tomorrow after a week off! We should be practicing out in the courtyard but there is a slight chance of rain. IF IT IS ACTIVELY RAINING AT 9 OR IF THE GROUND IS WET, head over to Trinity Episcopal Church, our indoor location. As always, class is donation-based and open to all. Join us Saturday, August 22nd for our nature-surrounding outdoor class at Bay Oaks Park at 9am. We’ll practice toward the back of the park under the shade. As always, class is by donation, with 25% of donations supporting ForKids. Donations can be made through Venmo,

If you can, please arrive early to allow for plenty of time to park and walk. Please also consider biking, public transit, or carpooling to help with parking congestion during the farmers market hours. After class, walk across the park to enjoy the Farmers Market which will remain open until noon.

Bring a mat or towel, a water bottle, and open mind. Excited to flow, breathe, and move together 🕊️
