Based in Virginia Beach, J&A Racing offers nine events throughout the year as well as training programs to help you reach your goals. Founded by Jerry and Amy Frostick, J&A Racing brings you the Coastal Virginia Running Series, a series of seven road races ranging from a 5K to a Marathon positioned in the beautiful Hampton Roads area.
