That's right... Dodgeball!! It is a ton of fun in the summer and a great way to burn off some of those extra calories!
We play on the tennis courts at Bayville Park.... it is perfect!
The dodgeballs are as soft as a toilet paper roll so you will never get hurt! It is fast-paced action and a great sport for anyone! Get your co-workers together and come out and enjoy the fun!

WAAR Night with the Norfolk Admirals...

COME PLAY DODGEBALL ON THE ICE!

WAAR needs 20 players to come play Dodgeball against the USS Bush aircraft carrier February 17th at the Norfolk Scope!

What better way to support our troops than to start a Dodgeball fight against them!?.. on the ice!

That's right! WAAR has coordinated with fellow WAAR player and league president Sami Hamad of the Norfolk Admirals to have a WAAR Night with the Admirals at the Scope Arena on Wednesday, February 17th. At intermission we will be needing 20 players to come out onto the ice and play Dodgeball against 20 of our finest military members of the USS Bush aircraft carrier!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE! I hope 2016 is going to be a fantastic year for all of you!

Signups for the Spring Season of WAAR Kickball will begin Wednesday January 6th at noon.

REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR CURRENT MEMBER'S EMAILS

We need to archive and reset the past season so if you are a captain or want to be a captain in the upcoming season, please remember to login to the WAAR website and go to your team and copy/paste the email addresses for your members to a separate document so that you have them in a safe spot. You will need those email addresses in order to invite players to your spring team.

We will be archiving the league later tonight or in the morning and they won't be accessible after that.

WAAR SUNDAY FUNDAY WINTER KICKBALL at NORFOLK COLLEGIATE

NO BUNT - SMASH LEAGUE!

NORFOLK KICKBALL (Smash - SUNDAYS):
Winter is coming! For those of you who love kickball and need to get your kickball "fix" during the winter, WAAR is currently having signups for our SUNDAY FUNDAY - Smash League at Norfolk Collegiate this winter.

No more wet and muddy fields to play on. We want you all to be able to try out these awesome fields and get a feel for how fantastic the Norfolk Collegiate turf fields are.

This is meant to be a fun, roll-ball, non-bunting league that plays on Sundays around 11am so that games will be over before week 16 of the NFL games start. This will be an abbreviated season (approx 8 games) and let you get a taste of the atmosphere and quality of the fields.

Let's party hardy during the winter and continue that party into the Spring Season!
