Minibel is a family-friendly 9-hole Par 3 golf course located alongside the Ohio River in Vienna, WV. Minibel also has a 9-hole FootGolf course that coincides with the Par 3 golf course. The pro shop is ably manned by "Butch" Dawson, Doug Turner, Steve Mason, Justus Robinson, Wendy Lowe, Pam Moore and Dan Moore. ffers the "Honor System" for players in the offseason and times of inclement weather, so that golfers may enjoy the course when it is convenient for them, even though the Pro Shop is not open. Envelopes are available at the door to place money in the door mail slot. The course is kept player-ready so you may enjoy it when you want. Green Fees:
