Such a heart breaking day! Today was my last session with my Personal Training client of 21 years. Just think of that 21 years❤️ I have watched her children grow up. I have even trained her children. I’ve seen her through good and bad. Our relationship was not just the physical aspect of training but also the mental. I truly will miss her but I know that she has begun a new phase of her life. Maybe some grandchildren in her future😜
